HIGH CARBON STEEL WIRE MESH (SPRING STEEL WIRE MESH):

• High carbon steel wire mesh is also known as spring steel wire mesh which offers increased strength and abrasion resistance, usually this is selected for aggregate sizing and sifting applications.
• This steel mesh is recognized for being especially hard, but the extra carbon also makes it more brittle than other types of steel mesh.
• It is commonly used for coal mining, sand & stone separating and sorting applications, gravel and other general industrial use.

LOW CARBON STEEL WIRE MESH (MILD STEEL WIRE MESH)

• Low carbon steel wire mesh is also known as mild steel wire mesh which has a relatively low tensile strength, but it is cheap and easy to form.
• This mesh has limited application due to its weakness in less resistance to abrasion, chemical attack.
